

Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer
Job Description
As part of our strong development and in order to contribute to the evolution of the company, you will be attached to the operations management of the company as a Payroll and Personnel Administration Officer.
Your main mission will be to ensure the management and monitoring of the payroll and the current administration of the personnel of the entire perimeter, in compliance with legal and social regulations.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
• Payroll:
o Collection, analysis, processing of variable payroll elements
o Establishment, control and validation of pay slips in compliance with labor regulations, legislation and the company's HR policy
o Participation in the development of payroll rules (collective agreements, company agreements, etc.)
o Preparation of all tax and social security declarations (employee and employer contributions, URSSAF, pension funds, health insurance)
o Management of the withholding tax
o Ensure a regulatory watch in terms of payroll and social law.
• Administrative management of personnel :
o Management of hiring and departure formalities for employees (drafting of employment contracts, termination, calculation of indemnities, settlement of accounts, etc.)
o Relation with the occupational medicine, follow-up of medical visits and affiliation to the mutual insurance company
o Information, information to employees on their administrative situation
• Additional missions :
o Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools related to payroll and personnel administration
o Participation in the implementation of the personnel management strategy: monitoring of social indicators, participation in the implementation of action plans, etc. ;
Preferred experience and skills
Ideally, you have a BTS or DUT in management or a professional degree in payroll and personnel administration, and at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
You are familiar with payroll and personnel administration techniques.
You are rigorous, organized and have good listening and communication skills. You ensure the confidentiality of the department's information.
You are comfortable with computer tools (Excel, payroll software, etc.) and ideally have knowledge of Payfit software.
Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements is desirable.
Fluency in English is desirable.
