

Internal Communications Lead
Job Description
Integrated within the Communication team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication initiatives that foster collaboration, information sharing, and employee engagement in a 200-employees company.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
• Develop and execute an internal communications initiative that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create and manage a variety of internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, and email updates.
• Coordinate with the Head of Communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
• Plan and manage company-wide events
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide support during crisis situations, ensuring clear and timely communication to all employees.
Preferred experience and skills
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field and you have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within the aerospace industry or a similar technical field.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
You have a proven track record in developing and executing effective internal communication strategies and you already have some experience in event planning and management.
