Business Lawyer
Job Description
As part of our strong development and in order to contribute to the evolution of the company, you will be attached to the legal department of the company as an experienced business lawyer.
Your main mission will be to provide legal advice and assistance to the company in matters of business law in the aerospace field.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
• Advise and support the various departments of the company in business law matters, taking into account the regulatory aspects specific to the aerospace industry ;
• Draft, negotiate and validate the company's various commercial contracts;
• Contribute to the management of litigation files in collaboration with external lawyers;
• Keeping a legal watch on the evolution of regulations and standards applicable to the company;
• Contribute to the protection of the company's intellectual property in collaboration with the dedicated teams;
• Participate in the implementation of internal processes to ensure the company's legal compliance.
Preferred experience and skills
You have a Master's degree in business law or equivalent and at least 5 years of significant experience in the same type of position.
You have an excellent knowledge of contract law and intellectual property law, as well as a good command of legal English.
Rigorous and organized, you are able to work in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
Experience in the aerospace sector is not essential but would be a plus.
